The iShares MSCI ACWI Low Carbon Target ETF (the “Fund”) is an open-end management investment company. The Fund seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of large and mid-capitalization developed and emerging market equities with a lower carbon exposure than that of the broad market, as represented by the MSCI ACWI Low Carbon Target Index (the “Index”). The Fund invests in a representative sample of securities included in the Index that collectively has an investment profile similar to the Index.
