Abrdn Precious Metals Basket ETF Trust is an investment trust. The investment objective of the Trust is for the shares to reflect the performance of the price of physical gold, silver, platinum and palladium in the proportions held by the Trust, less the expenses of the Trust's operations. The GLTR average annual return 10 years is shown above.

The Average Annual Return on the GLTR average annual return 10 years page and across the coverage universe of our site, is a measure of the annualized return over the past ten years (or specified start date) for a given investment (up to the end of prior trading session recorded). Arguably, choosing ten years for a measurement period is on the one hand completely arbitrary, but on the other hand provides a sufficiently long window to capture long-term trends.

Thus, researching Average Annual Returns is good practice for investors — whether GLTR average annual return 10 years or other benchmarks/peers — and when doing so it is also important to factor in dividends, because a financial instrument's annualized return is more than just the change in price if that instrument pays a dividend or coupon. Our website aims to empower investors by performing the GLTR average annual return calculation with any dividends reinvested as applicable (on ex-dates).
