The iShares MSCI International Developed Momentum Factor ETF (the “Fund”) is an open-end management investment company. The Fund seeks to track the investment results of an index that measures the performance of international developed large- and mid-capitalization stocks exhibiting relatively higher momentum characteristics, as represented by the MSCI World ex USA Momentum Index (the “Index”). The Fund invests in a representative sample of securities included in the Index that collectively has an investment profile similar to the Index.
