Photronics is a manufacturer of photomasks, which are photographic quartz or glass plates containing microscopic images of electronic circuits. Photomasks are a key element in the manufacture of integrated circuits (ICs) and flat-panel displays (FPDs) and are used as masters to transfer circuit patterns onto semiconductor wafers and FPD substrates during the fabrication of ICs, a variety of FPDs and, to a lesser extent, other types of electrical and optical components. Co. supports customers across a spectrum of IC production and FPD technologies by manufacturing photomasks using electron beam or optical (laser-based) lithography systems. The Average Annual Return on the PLAB average annual return 10 years page and across the coverage universe of our site, is a measure of the annualized return over the past ten years (or specified start date) for a given investment (up to the end of prior trading session recorded). Arguably, choosing ten years for a measurement period is on the one hand completely arbitrary, but on the other hand provides a sufficiently long window to capture long-term trends.

Thus, researching Average Annual Returns is good practice for investors — whether PLAB average annual return 10 years or other benchmarks/peers — and when doing so it is also important to factor in dividends, because a financial instrument's annualized return is more than just the change in price if that instrument pays a dividend or coupon. Our website aims to empower investors by performing the PLAB average annual return calculation with any dividends reinvested as applicable (on ex-dates).
