The SPDR MSCI USA Quality Mix ETF (the “Fund”) is an open-end management investment company. The Fund seeks to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the total return performance of an index based upon the U.S. equity market. In seeking to track the performance of the MSCI USA Quality Mix A-Series Index (the “Index”), the Fund employs a sampling strategy. As of June 30 2015, the Fund's total assets and investment porfolio totaled $5,858,934 and $5,849,552, respectively. The QUS average annual return since 2015 is shown above.
The Average Annual Return on the QUS average annual return since 2015 page and across the coverage universe of our site,
is a measure of the annualized return over the past ten years (or specified start date) for a given investment
(up to the end of prior trading session recorded). Arguably, choosing ten years for a measurement
period is on the one hand completely arbitrary, but on the other hand provides a sufficiently long window
to capture long-term trends.
Thus, researching Average Annual Returns is good practice for investors — whether QUS average annual return since 2015 or other benchmarks/peers
— and when doing so it is also important to factor in dividends, because a financial instrument's annualized return is
more than just the change in price if that instrument pays a dividend or coupon. Our website aims to empower investors
by performing the QUS average annual return calculation with any dividends reinvested as applicable (on ex-dates).
