| AZZ is a provider of galvanizing and a variety of metal coating solutions, welding solutions, specialty electrical equipment and other services to a range of markets, including, but not limited to, the power generation, transmission, distribution, refining and industrial markets. Co. has two operating segments: the Metal Coatings segment, which provides hot dip galvanizing, powder coating, anodizing and plating, and other surface coating application to the steel fabrication and other industries; and the Infrastructure Solutions segment, which is a provider of products and services designed to support primarily industrial and electrical applications.
