SPDR S&P International Dividend is an open-end investment management company. The SPDR S&P International Dividend ETF (the “Fund”) seeks to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the total return performance of an index that tracks exchange-listed common stocks of companies domiciled in countries outside the United States that offer high dividend yields. In seeking this objective, the Fund uses a sampling strategy. As of Sept 30 2015, the Fund's total assets and investment portfolio totaled $1,146,335,608 and $1,122,808,550, respectively. The DWX stock yearly return is shown above.
The yearly return on the DWX stock yearly return page and across the coverage universe of our site,
is a measure of the annual return over the calendar year 2020 for the given stock.
When performing this calculation it is important to factor in dividends, because a financial instrument's annual return is
more than just the change in price if that instrument pays a dividend or coupon.
One way to factor dividends into the return is simply to count them as cash — we don't do
that here. Instead, our website aims to empower investors
by performing the DWX annual return calculation with any dividends reinvested as applicable (on ex-dates).
