Falcon Minerals owns and acquires royalty interests, mineral interests, non-participating royalty interest and overriding royalty interests (Royalties), in oil and natural gas properties in North America, substantially all of which are located in the Eagle Ford Shale. Co. owns Royalties that entitle it to a portion of the production of oil, natural gas and natural gas liquids. Co.'s assets consist of Royalties that are concentrated in the liquids-rich condensate region of the Eagle Ford Shale in Karnes, DeWitt and Gonzales Counties, TX. In all three of these counties, Co. also has substantial exposure to the Austin Chalk and Upper Eagle Ford formations. The FLMN stock yearly return is shown above.
The yearly return on the FLMN stock yearly return page and across the coverage universe of our site,
is a measure of the annual return over the calendar year 2021 for the given stock.
When performing this calculation it is important to factor in dividends, because a financial instrument's annual return is
more than just the change in price if that instrument pays a dividend or coupon.
One way to factor dividends into the return is simply to count them as cash — we don't do
that here. Instead, our website aims to empower investors
by performing the FLMN annual return calculation with any dividends reinvested as applicable (on ex-dates).
