The iShares Currency Hedged MSCI ACWI ex U.S. ETF (the “Fund”) is an open-end management investment company. The Fund seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of large- and mid-capitalization developed and emerging equities, excluding the U.S., while mitigating exposure to fluctuations between the value of the component currencies and the U.S. dollar, as represented by the MSCI ACWI ex USA 100% Hedged to USD Index (the “Index”).
