Haynes International develops, manufactures, markets and distributes alloys primarily for use in the aerospace, industrial gas turbine and chemical processing industries. Co.'s products are high-temperature resistant alloys (HTA) and corrosion-resistant alloys (CRA). Co.'s HTA products are used by manufacturers of equipment that is subjected to high temperatures, such as jet engines for the aerospace market, gas turbine engines for power generation, waste incineration and industrial heating equipment. Co.'s CRA products are used in applications that require resistance to corrosive media found in chemical processing, power plant emissions control and hazardous waste treatment. The HAYN stock yearly return is shown above.
The yearly return on the HAYN stock yearly return page and across the coverage universe of our site,
is a measure of the annual return over the calendar year 2021 for the given stock.
When performing this calculation it is important to factor in dividends, because a financial instrument's annual return is
more than just the change in price if that instrument pays a dividend or coupon.
One way to factor dividends into the return is simply to count them as cash — we don't do
that here. Instead, our website aims to empower investors
by performing the HAYN annual return calculation with any dividends reinvested as applicable (on ex-dates).
