ProShares Ultra Telecommunications ETF (the "Fund") is an open-end management investment company. The Fund seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, that correspond to two times (2x) the daily performance of the Dow Jones U.S. Select Telecommunicationssm Index. The index is a measure of U.S. stock market performance of fixed line (regional and long-distance carriers) and mobile telephone services (cellular, satellite and paging services). As of May 31 2013, the Fund's total assets were $5,199,124 and the Fund's investment portfolio was valued at $4,633,142. The LTL stock yearly return is shown above.
The yearly return on the LTL stock yearly return page and across the coverage universe of our site,
is a measure of the annual return over the calendar year 2020 for the given stock.
When performing this calculation it is important to factor in dividends, because a financial instrument's annual return is
more than just the change in price if that instrument pays a dividend or coupon.
One way to factor dividends into the return is simply to count them as cash — we don't do
that here. Instead, our website aims to empower investors
by performing the LTL annual return calculation with any dividends reinvested as applicable (on ex-dates).
