ProShares Ultra MidCap 400 ETF (the "Fund") is an open-end management investment company. The Fund seeks daily investment results that correspond to two times (2x) the daily performance of the S&P MidCap400®. The index is a measure of mid-size company U.S. stock market performance. It is a float-adjusted, market capitalization-weighted index of 400 U.S. operating companies and real estate investment trusts selected through a process that factors criteria such as liquidity, price, market capitalization and financial viability. As of May 31 2013, the Fund's total assets were $106,212,507 and the Fund's investment portfolio was valued at $97,095,397. The MVV stock yearly return is shown above.
The yearly return on the MVV stock yearly return page and across the coverage universe of our site,
is a measure of the annual return over the calendar year 2020 for the given stock.
When performing this calculation it is important to factor in dividends, because a financial instrument's annual return is
more than just the change in price if that instrument pays a dividend or coupon.
One way to factor dividends into the return is simply to count them as cash — we don't do
that here. Instead, our website aims to empower investors
by performing the MVV annual return calculation with any dividends reinvested as applicable (on ex-dates).
