Co. is focusing on redeveloping three parcels of land in Gushu and Guangming, Shenzhen. Co. is converting these parcels of land that formerly housed its manufacturing facilities into technology parks. Co.'s primary projects under development are: Nam Tai Inno Park, which is located in Guangming District, Shenzhen, China; Nam Tai Technology Center, which is located in Baoan District, Shenzhen, China; and Nam Tai • Longxi, which is located in Dongguan City.
