IQ Hedge Multi-Strategy Tracker is a non-diversified, open-end, management investment company. The Fund seeks investment results that correspond (before fees and expenses) generally to the price and yield performance of the IQ Hedge Multi-Strategy Index, which seeks to track the "beta" portion of the returns of hedge funds that employ various hedge fund investment styles, which may include but are not limited to macro, long/short, event-driven, market neutral, emerging markets, fixed-income arbitrage and other strategies commonly used by hedge fund managers. As of Apr 30 2015, the Fund's total assets and investment portfolio totaled $1,103,109,646 and $1,084,885,378, respectively. The QAI stock yearly return is shown above.
The yearly return on the QAI stock yearly return page and across the coverage universe of our site,
is a measure of the annual return over the calendar year 2016 for the given stock.
When performing this calculation it is important to factor in dividends, because a financial instrument's annual return is
more than just the change in price if that instrument pays a dividend or coupon.
One way to factor dividends into the return is simply to count them as cash — we don't do
that here. Instead, our website aims to empower investors
by performing the QAI annual return calculation with any dividends reinvested as applicable (on ex-dates).
