ProShares Short Russell2000 is an open-end managemnet investment company. The Fund seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, that correspond to the inverse (–1x) of the daily performance of the Russell 2000® Index. The Fund seeks investment results for a single day only, as measured from one net asset value calculation to the next, not for longer periods. As of May 31 2013, the Fund's total assets were $429,193,717 and the Fund's investment portfolio was valued at $428,678,440. The RWM stock yearly return is shown above.
The yearly return on the RWM stock yearly return page and across the coverage universe of our site,
is a measure of the annual return over the calendar year 2017 for the given stock.
When performing this calculation it is important to factor in dividends, because a financial instrument's annual return is
more than just the change in price if that instrument pays a dividend or coupon.
One way to factor dividends into the return is simply to count them as cash — we don't do
that here. Instead, our website aims to empower investors
by performing the RWM annual return calculation with any dividends reinvested as applicable (on ex-dates).
