ProShares Short High Yield ETF (the "Fund") is an open-end management investment company. The Fund seeks daily investment results that correspond to the inverse (–1x) of the daily performance of the Markit iBoxx $ Liquid High Yield Index (the "Index"). The Index is a modified market-value weighted index designed to provide a balanced representation of U.S. dollar-denominated high yield corporate bonds for sale within the United States by means of including the most liquid high yield corporate bonds available as determined by the index provider. As of May 31 2013, the Fund's total assets were $50,931,495 and the Fund's investment portfolio was valued at $46,138,061. The SJB stock yearly return is shown above.
The yearly return on the SJB stock yearly return page and across the coverage universe of our site,
is a measure of the annual return over the calendar year 2021 for the given stock.
When performing this calculation it is important to factor in dividends, because a financial instrument's annual return is
more than just the change in price if that instrument pays a dividend or coupon.
One way to factor dividends into the return is simply to count them as cash — we don't do
that here. Instead, our website aims to empower investors
by performing the SJB annual return calculation with any dividends reinvested as applicable (on ex-dates).
