Guggenheim BulletShares 2020 Corporate Bond is an open-end management investment company. The Fund seeks investment results that correspond generally to the performance, before the Fund's fees and expenses, of an investment grade corporate bond index called the NASDAQ BulletShares USD Corporate Bond 2020 Index (the 2020 Index). The 2020 Index is a rules-based index comprised of investment grade corporate bonds with effective maturities in 2020. Under normal conditions, the Fund will invest at least 80% of its total assets in securities that comprise the 2020 Index. As of May 31 2015, the Fund's total assets were $346,182,325 and the Fund's investment portfolio was valued at $309,583,680. The BSCK average annual return since 2012 is shown above.
The Average Annual Return on the BSCK average annual return since 2012 page and across the coverage universe of our site,
is a measure of the annualized return over the past ten years (or specified start date) for a given investment
(up to the end of prior trading session recorded). Arguably, choosing ten years for a measurement
period is on the one hand completely arbitrary, but on the other hand provides a sufficiently long window
to capture long-term trends.
Thus, researching Average Annual Returns is good practice for investors — whether BSCK average annual return since 2012 or other benchmarks/peers
— and when doing so it is also important to factor in dividends, because a financial instrument's annualized return is
more than just the change in price if that instrument pays a dividend or coupon. Our website aims to empower investors
by performing the BSCK average annual return calculation with any dividends reinvested as applicable (on ex-dates).
