SPDR S&P Emerging Markets Small Cap is an open-end investment management company. The SPDR S&P Emerging Markets Small Cap ETF (the “Fund”) seeks to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the total return performance of an index that tracks the small capitalization segment of global emerging market countries. In seeking this objective, the Fund uses a sampling strategy. As of Sept 30 2015, the Fund's total assets and investment portfolio totaled $407,089,941 and $404,337,301, respectively. The EWX stock yearly return is shown above.
The yearly return on the EWX stock yearly return page and across the coverage universe of our site,
is a measure of the annual return over the calendar year 2019 for the given stock.
When performing this calculation it is important to factor in dividends, because a financial instrument's annual return is
more than just the change in price if that instrument pays a dividend or coupon.
One way to factor dividends into the return is simply to count them as cash — we don't do
that here. Instead, our website aims to empower investors
by performing the EWX annual return calculation with any dividends reinvested as applicable (on ex-dates).
