Schwab U.S. REIT ETF is a no-load, open-end management investment company. The Fund seeks to track as closely as possible, before fees and expenses, the total return of the Dow Jones U.S. Select REIT Index (the index). The index generally includes real estate investment trusts (REITs) that own and operate income-producing commercial and/or residential real estate, derive at least 75% of the REIT's total revenue from the ownership and operation of real estate assets, and have a minimum total market capitalization of $200 million at the time of its inclusion. As of Feb 28 2014, the Fund's total assets and investment portfolio amounted to $895,050,004 and $791,165,322, respectively. The SCHH stock yearly return is shown above.
The yearly return on the SCHH stock yearly return page and across the coverage universe of our site,
is a measure of the annual return over the calendar year 2019 for the given stock.
When performing this calculation it is important to factor in dividends, because a financial instrument's annual return is
more than just the change in price if that instrument pays a dividend or coupon.
One way to factor dividends into the return is simply to count them as cash — we don't do
that here. Instead, our website aims to empower investors
by performing the SCHH annual return calculation with any dividends reinvested as applicable (on ex-dates).
