Bogota Financial is a holding company of Bogota Savings Bank, a New Jersey-chartered savings bank. Co. accepts deposits from the general public and municipalities and use those funds along with advances from the Federal Home Loan Bank of New York and funds generated from operations to originate one- to four-family residential real estate loans and commercial real estate and multi-family loans and, to a lesser extent, consumer loans, commercial and industrial loans and construction loans. Co. provides a variety of deposit accounts, including demand accounts, savings accounts, money market accounts and certificate of deposit accounts. The BSBK stock yearly return is shown above.
The yearly return on the BSBK stock yearly return page and across the coverage universe of our site,
is a measure of the annual return over the calendar year 2021 for the given stock.
When performing this calculation it is important to factor in dividends, because a financial instrument's annual return is
more than just the change in price if that instrument pays a dividend or coupon.
One way to factor dividends into the return is simply to count them as cash — we don't do
that here. Instead, our website aims to empower investors
by performing the BSBK annual return calculation with any dividends reinvested as applicable (on ex-dates).
